Enterprise-grade security and efficiency for customers across Prodigal’s AI-powered solutions

Our theme for 2023: Working to support our customers with enterprise-grade security and efficiency.

This year alone, we’ve delivered:

  1. Support for Single Sign-On (SSO)
  2. Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
  3. Expanded integration with leading solutions

We’re in the business of making your business more efficient and secure, so all of these tools in our solutions support centralized access control & centralized user management.

Read on for the details.

Support for Single Sign-On (SSO)

SSO can enhance security by requiring users to authenticate once (e.g., type in username/password) to access multiple apps.

This reduces the need for users to remember multiple login credentials, which can lead to weaker passwords or user security mistakes like writing down passwords because you have so many to remember.

Prodigal’s SSO support means our customers can:

  • Easily and securely manage which users can log in to Prodigal
  • Decide who can log in to Prodigal from the same central place where you manage access to all of your org’s apps
  • Streamline login management:
-Quickly add new employees to Prodigal and all the other apps they need for their job at the same time
-Securely remove departing employees from Prodigal and all the other apps they have access to all at once
-Allow employees to access Prodigal with the same secure password they use for all of their work apps

Prodigal supports leading SSO protocols like Active Directory, OIDC, SAML, and Google Workspace.

And Prodigal works with the most trusted SSO solutions, including Okta, Azure Active Directory, JumpCloud, OneLogin, Ping Identity, and more.

Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)

Delivering RBAC for our customers has given them control over their workspace.

With RBAC, Prodigal’s customer admins have self-service control to adjust user permissions any time, selecting from standard roles and customizing default permissions for each one.

RBAC streamlines the process of managing user access by assigning roles with a defined set of permissions. That standardization minimizes the risk of assigning incorrect permissions that create risk or hurt productivity.

And RBAC is a big win for security, ensuring that users only have access to the resources and data necessary for their specific roles.

Integration with leading software solutions

Prodigal’s integrations with other solutions offer security and efficiency value for our customers.

Integrating apps can create a unified audit trail or log management system, enabling administrators to monitor and track user activities across different apps in a consistent manner. That allows potential security breaches or suspicious activities to be detected more easily.

Our integration with leading CRMs like Salesforce delivers another level of enterprise-grade efficiency.

Integration reduces the need for manual data entry and minimizes errors by allowing data to flow from your CRM to Prodigal and from Prodigal to your CRM. And even better, combining data between those solutions unlocks more insights you can use to power your business.

And we’re really excited about our integrations with the contact center solutions you use every day, including Genesys, Five9, RingCentral, TCN, NICE, DialConnection, AudioCodes, Intelligent Contacts, LiveVox, and more.

Data security and safeguards built in for your protection

Of course, Prodigal also has leading security and safeguards built directly into our apps.

Prodigal has a SOC 2 Type II certification and is PCI DSS certified. We host our apps in AWS, a FedRAMP compliant environment, and we use AES 256 encryption that’s compliant with FIPS 140-2.

Don’t know what any of that means? No problem. Our data security experts do, and that's what matters. We handle the complexity, you get the benefits.
