Let's start the day by checking out a high-level overview of your team's performance and results.
You see that payment rates are trending up, so you click the "Agent Quality Dashboard" to take a closer look at who's driving this success.
From the performance dashboard (top, right of the chart), you see that ITUPPER is leading your team for both Right Party Contacts and calls that result in payments.
Next, you decide to review a few recent calls to see what's getting results. So, from the main menu on the left, you click "Smart Reports."
"Smart Reports" make it easy to find a group of conversations that meet all of your selected filters.
You can filter conversations by everything from time, duration, scores, agent groups, dispositions, event tags, and so much more.

In this case, you already have a saved "Top Performers" report that's perfect for the task at hand. So, you click on the report's name to run it.
The report runs, taking you to a selection of calls from the last 30 days where your agents turned objections into payments.
It's time to see what made your top performers so successful. You can jump right to parts of calls where interesting events happened to listen to audio snippets and read parts of transcripts.
In this case, you decide to send a quick note to Isaac, congratulating him on turning an objection into a payment and encouraging him to keep up the great work.
You type a quick message, mention Isaac, and click "Add Note" to send it. (On Isaac's side, he receives a notification to check his Inbox, and he's happy to receive your kudos.)
Isaac handled his call so well that you want to share his approach with the rest of your team, so they can learn from his success.
It would be simple to download the call recording and transcript. Instead, you decide to take the even faster route: you click to get a link to the call and share it with all your other agents using the built-in chat.
Now that you've finished reviewing your team's agent-level performance, it's time to switch gears.
You want to wrap things up by getting a higher level view of all the accounts you manage. So, you click on "Account Explorer."
